Day 2️⃣
- 7 muddy miles hiked
- Maddox passed two smaller bucks
- we had a 170”+ buck in range and in the crosshairs (no video) but another group of hunters scared him. They had no clue he was there… 😠
- got hailed on, rained on, and nearly stuck again
Thanks Tommy K for the loan of the Ranger!
Ridge and Maddox got to practice their glassing 👀 technique a lot!
Day 3️⃣ is currently underway. We are fogged in at the moment, with 20 deer below us.

Go get em!

Bryce made an awesome shot to take this great desert ram from one of Utah’s toughest units with very low sheep numbers. A big thanks to Bridger, Adam, and Craig for helping keep track of the ram and make it happen! #utahdesertbighorn #utahdesertbighornsheep #utahsheephunting #desertbighornsheep #bronsonoutfitting

Congrats to Craig on a great bull! His son came along for the ride, punched a meat tag of his own, and the two of them headed home with a cooler full of meat. Lots of action all week and a hunt they won’t forget.

Big thanks to our guides @nightscope243 and Josh for putting in the work.

Congrats again, Craig, and thanks for hunting with us!

Nikki with the first punched 🥊 tag and success in Wyoming!!! Connor @shed.addicts got a last glimpse of an elk herd heading uphill from 3 miles away on his spotting scope. After a heck of a hike in and some serious elevation gained, the herd was located. Playing a few different angles and after 20 minutes of confirming the correct cow elk, Nikki made a 240 yard shot across the canyon and down it went. A steep pack out for a majority of the way down for a well earned cow elk. 👏🏻👏🏻 #wyoming #overthetopoutdoors #cowelk #ridgebelts #gunsightmountainrifles

Congratulations Corey on this beautiful bull! After looking over some solid bulls opening morning we switched spots and spotted this bull in the distance, his awesome beams and swords got our attention and the race was on to get within shooting range before dark! We got into position as the bull fed out and Corey laid the hammer down! Congratulations buddy!

2026 General Zion

This hunt was a grind! We looked over plenty of little bucks and spent a lot of time behind the glass! These boys put in the work!

I will never forget watching these two brothers celebrate when Leo’s buck hit the dirt! Reminded me of what hunting is really about! It’s more than the deer, it’s about making memories that will last a lifetime!!

Congrats Leo! Hopefully we can hunt together again one of these days!!
