Happy Friday! 🤍 Want to know what wedding planning looked like behind the scenes this week? It looked like collecting insurance certificates, chasing down paperwork, updating timelines, confirming final numbers, adjusting rentals, sending reminders, answering vendor questions and finding a few places where we could actually SAVE my couples some money. Very glamorous stuff over here. 😂 But THIS is such a huge part of what I love about being a planner. My couples don’t need to know that a vendor’s COI was missing something. They don’t need six different vendors emailing them with questions about load-in. They don’t need to figure out how one timeline change affects photography, catering, transportation and the DJ. And they definitely don’t need to realize three days before their wedding that nobody adjusted their rental order after the guest count dropped. That’s my job. There are hundreds of little decisions and conversations happening behind the scenes of a wedding that hopefully my couples never have to think about. Because the goal isn’t for you to spend your wedding week becoming REALLY good at event logistics. The goal is for you to look around on your wedding day and think, “Wow. It all came together.” Meanwhile, I’ll know exactly how many emails it took to get us there. 😉🤍 #HeartAndArrowWeddings #CaliforniaWeddingPlanner #WeddingPlanning Bay Area wedding planner, California wedding planner, Northern California wedding planner, Napa wedding planner, Sonoma wedding planner, full service wedding planning, wedding planner behind the scenes, wedding planning tips, wedding logistics, wedding timeline, wedding vendor management, wedding rentals, wedding planning help, stress free wedding planning, wedding weekend planning, wedding coordination, luxury wedding planner, 2027 wedding planning, engaged couples, Heart and Arrow Weddings Venue + Catering + Cake + Desserts // @cavallopoint Photographer // @futuresoil Planner // @heartandarrowweddings Band // @luckydevilsband Florist // @annaleiafloral Beauty // @dreamcatcherartistry Transportation // @epiclimosf Bridal Gown - Galia Lahav Fabiana // @galialahav Party Dress - Francesca Mini with Galia La

Two cultures, one love story 🤍 This day was a beautiful reflection of what happens when tradition, family, and heritage come together with intention. From a heartfelt Catholic ceremony to the vibrant energy of the Zurna Davula as M & A made their grand exit from home, every moment honored where they come from and the families that surrounded them. Blending Assyrian and Mexican traditions meant creating a wedding day that felt both deeply rooted and entirely their own, and that’s the magic of it all✨ Planner: Taylor Rae Weddings @taylorraeweddings Venue: The Conservatory at One Sansome @theconservatorysf Photo: Jasmine Lee Photography @jasmineleephoto Video: Nice Shot Films @niceshotfilms Florals: The Wild Fleur @thewildfleur_co Catering: Carrie Dove Catering @carriedovecateringandevents Lighting: JL Imagination @jl_imagination Signage: Shimmer & Stain @shimmerandstain Hair & Makeup: PMA Beauty @pmastyle DJ: Dr. T @dj_dr_t Quartet : Sutro Strings Quartet Cake: ArtCakes Bakery @artcakes.sf Rentals: Fine Linen Creations @finelinencreation Transportation: Epic Limo SF @epiclimosf

What you don’t see… is how quickly it all came together! From unloading and gaining access to the venue, to transforming the space in a short window of time, this team moved with intention, precision, and so much heart. Every vendor showed up ready, focused, and fully committed to one thing: bringing the couple’s vision to life. And that’s exactly what we did 🤍 This is what true collaboration looks like. This is what it takes to create something unforgettable. Vendor team… you really showed out! A truly magical day with Bry & Vic! Yesterday was part 1 of their 2-day wedding celebration 🎉 This was an unusual day, in the best possible way. We had our associate Jeanie cover their getting ready session over at @kisseluptownoakland - complete with a very early start time, as they were due at City Hall around 9.30 to start photography with moi! After a super intimate ceremony with just close fam, we headed over to the @wayfaretavern for a delicious meal in the Juniper Room, rented alongside the Juniper Bar. The day had such a relaxed feel, and we even lucked out with City Hall not being too busy! We can't wait to do it all again tomorrow with you guys for the bigger celebration in Oakland which Jeanie will also be capturing! Such a brilliant way to begin married life, couldn't be happier for you two! We so appreciate your trust in us with your wedding memories! <3  @bydfit | @vgreezy13 Photo @zoelarkinphoto Ceremony San Francisco City Hall Reception @wayfaretavern Hotel @kisseluptownoakland  Floral design @esscentsofflowers Makeup @uwasartistry Hair @byashleighjordan Dress @emeraldcitygowns Rings @geoffreysdiamonds Content creator @bayarea.photographer Videography @switch_232  Shuttle @epiclimosf .
