Trying to be consistent on social media while working a 9 to 5… yeah… I get it…

Here’s what actually works…

1. Pick 1-2 content days… not every day
You don’t need to show up daily… you need a system…
Batch your content on one day so you’re not overwhelmed during the week…

2. Make content from your real life… not a “perfect” life
Record as you go… your routine… your thoughts… your process…
That way you’re not constantly trying to “come up” with something…

3. Lower the pressure… but don’t lower the standard
Every post doesn’t have to be perfect… but it does need to be posted…
Consistency beats perfection every time…
