POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A huge thank you to everybody that trusted and showed up, for all the sweat equity of our volunteers, the amazing home cooked meals by the Montgomery and Mitchell families, Crane’s Mill and Canyon Lake Marinas, Canyon Lakeview Resort, Centurion Boats, the staff and owners of Ski Dock, Epic SUP, and the continual generosity and resources of 10 boat owners, and drivers. It was a weekend that created amazing connection, memories and renewed possibility!

Oh to live lightly and simply upon this earth. ✨

And to clean her up whenever we can. 💚

A lovely Saturday spent on the water with one of my dear ones. @jasmynepatel ✨🌙💕💎

Officially the BEST weekend of the year, y’all. 🤩🤙🏽☀️

Sunshine. Water. Boats. Boards. Helicopters. Badass women. Big laughs. Real connection. And one seriously special community. 🚁🏄🏽‍♀️🚤💛

@goodspreadsuncare couldn’t be prouder to be the Official Sunscreen Partner of @opgetoutorg + @getoutgirl. 😎☀️

Because Get Out Girl is about so much more than an epic weekend.

Life is going to hand all of us some hard stuff. And this weekend is one big, beautiful reminder that when it does, there are people ready to show up, pull you outside, get you moving, make you laugh, and remind you that you’re not in it alone.

That’s the kind of community we believe in.

Show up. Get outside. Take care of each other. And wear your damn sunscreen. 😉☀️🤙🏽

Wear it. Share it. LIVE IT.

Already counting down to next year. 💛

Get Out Girl Surf & Paddle Jam on Lake Austin gave us a weekend to definitely carry home. 💙

In its 13th year, the largest all-female surf & paddle event in the U.S. brought women of every experience level together for wakesurfing, paddleboarding, kayaking & the moments in between. There were first rides met with cheers, quiet stretches of water to exhale & new friends beside us to find connection on the lake.

We gathered in honor of Kristin McLain, a STAR Flight rescue nurse, and Jessica Hollis, a Travis County Sheriff’s Deputy. They knew how much being outdoors and on the water could mean after pouring into others and then needing to reset after tough days. Their memory continues to guide Operation Get Out as we use evidence based ‘Blue Mind’ science to provide connection and renewed possibilities for individuals and organizations navigating life’s changing tides.

This weekend also helps create sponsored opportunities on the water for individuals who can use the support to experience it, including female first responders, nurses, military & other frontline heroes. To every participant, ambassador, boat captain, volunteer, sponsor & partner who made that possible: thank you.
You brought 💙 to every moment.

What part of the weekend are you still carrying with you? How will you take what you experienced to ANCHOR ⚓️ WITHIN? Tag someone who shared it. 💙

YOUR ANCHOR IS COMING. ⚓️🌊

Every year, Jen’s Gems have put heart and soul into the motto and beads of the Get Out Girl participant bracelets. This year, Jen’s team has been working hard to bring you something intentional and special for Get Out Girl - and now we can finally show you.

Two bracelets. Two days. Two different reminders.

⚓️ SATURDAY • SURF JAM
THE ANCHOR

Pink Zebra Jasper—associated with emotional balance, grounding and joy.

And a reminder from Anne M. Mulcahy:

“Who you are, what your values are, what you stand for, they are your anchor, your north star. Find them in your soul.”

🌊 SUNDAY • PADDLE JAM
ANCHOR WITHIN

Ice Obsidian, for clarity, focus, introspection and self-awareness.

Because your anchor shouldn’t be something outside of you, you should find it within.

The Anchor. Know what grounds you.
Anchor Within. Let your true north light your way.

And we hope these bracelets become more than something you wear for a weekend on the water. We hope they become a little reminder of what you found, felt or remembered about yourself while you were here.

💙 TWO WEEKS UNTIL GET OUT GIRL.

🏄‍♀️ Saturday: Surf Jam
🌊 Sunday: Paddle Jam + After Party

One day or two. All you.

Barre + paddle boarding + sunshine = our kind of Saturday ☀️🌊

We had the BEST time popping up at the @epicsup rowing dock! Kelsey brought the burn, then we hit the water for an hour of paddle boarding. 💪🏼🏄‍♀️

Nothing like getting a workout in and soaking up some Austin sunshine with our PB crew along with new faces! 💛

Protecting our community means protecting the places that bring us together. ☀️🌿

We’re proud to partner with @keepaustinbeautiful and support the volunteers who show up, get their hands dirty, and put in the work to keep Austin’s parks, trails, waterways, and neighborhoods beautiful.

Special shoutout to @epicsup for helping Keep Austin Beautiful volunteers get out on the water and do their part to keep Austin’s waterways clean. 🙌🌊

And when that work happens outside under the Texas sun, we’re proud to help keep the volunteers protected. ☀️
