Some days, I just need to remind myself that pressure is a privilege.

And there's a lot of pressure out there. Pressure to be an athlete. Pressure to be a mom. Pressure to be a business owner. Pressure to be a wife.

And some days that pressure can seem like a lot, but that's when I start thinking about how much of a privilege it is to have this pressure.

I get to own a business. I get to spend time with my kids. I get to be in a marriage for 22 years. I get to take care of a house that puts a roof over my head. I get to workout in the gym I created.

So sometimes it is hard, but being an athlete has taught me that I can do hard things. And so sometimes we just need a reminder that pressure is a privilege.

Thanks for the reminder @epicvball
