out for a walk? come visit The Cup Studios Coffee Truck! ☕️🤎

after months of following them on instagram and meeting them at Coffee Fest, i finally got to stop by! my favorite part was the conversation and seeing their passion for bringing colombian coffee to el paso. 🇨🇴✨
i tried their creamsicle matcha old fashioned and it was definitely creamy with the perfect orange flavor, topped with an orange garnish!! we also were given two samples of different coffee roasts for all my decaf lovers out there. Something else that i’d love to share is that you can’t miss out on their new take on marranitos!🌟

give them a follow on instagram to see where they go next. you can often find them at album park on saturday mornings!!♥️

Your daily charge, served cold (or hot).
Classic coffee on the left. Greenhouse matchas on the right. And those From The Sky clouds floating somewhere in between.
Stay plugged in. Stay grounded.

hooked on carrot cake, all thanks to Khé Matcha 🥕🍵
Khé Matcha started their business in June, and they’ve already made their way to the top of my matcha list! Today, they were popping up at NEEP Collective, and you know I just HAD to stop by! 🤍
I’m so grateful they invited me to try their goodies and welcomed me with such kindness. It’s always so special getting to meet the lovely people behind these small businesses and seeing the awesome work they put into what they do.

Of course, I’m always on the hunt for the best of the best to share with you all, and their carrot cake and cherry cheesecake are two drinks I’d HIGHLY recommend!

This beautiful, home-based business is located in Northeast El Paso and hosts pop-ups around town. If I were you, I’d give them a follow so you never miss where they’ll pop up next! ✨

The Miners Market at The Fountains of Farah brought so many cool vendors, but of course… it also brought the matcha! 🍵🌷

I Heart Matcha is run by a beautiful woman who is currently earning her Master’s in Social Work at UTEP, so you already know I had to show some love! She has a variety of different matcha creations, and ya girl had a HARD time choosing.

We ended up going with the Berry Chantilly Matcha Latte topped with a Chantilly soft top, and it was SO unique and delicious. Definitely worth all the hype surrounding her small business! I was also gifted a homemade matcha cookie and let me tell you… it was PERFECT.

If you love matcha or would like to try it for your first time, go check out her Instagram and show this sweet small business some love! 🌷

Comadres! I tried @coffeeplease.eptx and wow 10/10 across the board. Everything was so delicious, not too sweet and smooth. 😮‍💨

I truly cannot tell you which was my favorite from this lineup because everything was phenomenal. There’s something for everyone at this drive through coffee shop.

Two expressions of affogato at DOPPIO.

One with espresso, one with ceremonial matcha, both finished with olive oil and sea salt.

A thoughtful play on contrast, texture, and balance. Another example of the way Doppio approaches coffee & matcha beyond the expected. @doppiospecialtycoffee
