FIRST SHOW. CLASSIC PHYSIQUE PRO.

23 weeks of preparation. One stage. A goal I’ve carried for years.

Last weekend I stepped onstage for the first time and walked away as a Classic Physique Pro.

But this post isn’t just about me.

It’s dedicated to my beautiful mother-in-law, who passed away only days after my show.

She was one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing, not just because of the person she was on the outside, but because of the strength, love and warmth she carried within her.

Through everything she faced, she remained an inspiration to everyone around her. She showed me that strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s simply continuing forward, even when life gives you every reason not to.

I’m incredibly grateful that she was here to see me step on that stage. She always wanted me to continue, and knowing that gives this achievement a meaning that goes far beyond a placing or a title.

So this one is for you. ❤️

🍪 PROTEIN COOKIES, DONE RIGHT.

I teamed up with @eq.foods to surprise some of the crew at the gym with their protein cookies — no script, no rehearsed answers… just genuine first reactions. 👀

EQ Foods are all about making protein snacks that actually taste good, so I figured the best way to put that to the test was to let the gym members be the judges. 😂
