A quick glimpse into the life of J&I Innovative Finishes.

We’re here on a custom home for @mayfieldcustomhomes working with @eq_construction . The interior is already primed and we’re just finishing up the garage to bring everything together.

Drywall finishing is one of the final pieces of the puzzle in a custom build. By the time we arrive, the house is already taking shape and the details start to matter even more.

Every trade depends on the next. If one step isn’t done right, the next one suffers. But when everyone does their job properly and works in unison, the final product speaks for itself.
This is what craftsmanship, teamwork, and pride in the trade looks like.

🥃✨ First Tasting of the Year — Chichibu Night ✨🥃
📍 Posticino
Saturday, January 17th, 2026

What a way to kick off the year. Incredible food, amazing drams, and the perfect finish with after-dinner cigars — everything came together beautifully.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who came out and celebrated with me last night. It was truly my pleasure hosting, and thank you for trusting me with a distillery that many of you may not have had many chances to explore before — Chichibu.

Ending the night with a relaxed cigar session was the perfect touch, big thanks to Big Smoking Cigars and Pipes for the cigars.

Thank you all again for spending the evening with us. We’ll definitely do this again soon.
Not cheers for this one, Kanpai! 🥃

Perfect details, no compromises. 👌
@eq_construction combined Rigid Jumbo Corner Bead, Oversized L Bead, and Tear Away L Bead to finish this drywall return detail with an arched top — a true test of precision and patience. 👏

As they put it: “Took a bit of mental gymnastics to make everything work in a way that doesn’t look like a compromise. Details like this need to look as if they were intended to work this way.”

Find all these drywall beads on Trim-Tex.com. 🛠
