POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We recently had the opportunity to try out a new platform in the equestrian space, @equilinkapp , which led to a broader conversation about how our industry actually operates.

For a sector that manages high-value animals, international movement, and complex logistics, much of the day-to-day still relies on word-of-mouth, group chats, and informal networks. It functions, but it also reveals a clear gap in infrastructure.

In this latest piece for Horse & Industry, we explore the origins of EquiLink through a conversation with founder Alexia Mercier-Lafond, and how her own experience in the industry led to building a platform designed to bring more structure, trust, and accessibility to how equestrians connect and do business.

It’s an early-stage platform, but one that raises an important question: what happens when the systems supporting the industry begin to evolve alongside it?

Big shoutout to my client, Hope Cooper, @hope.j.cooper US dressage rider, who recently shared in her podcast interview how Hemisphere Hypnotherapy helped her calm her show nerves and perform at her best.

This is such a powerful reminder that hypnosis isn’t just about breaking habits - it’s also about unlocking potential. From the arena to the stage, hypnosis helps athletes, performers, and professionals manage nerves, sharpen focus, and step fully into their zone.

So proud of Hope for not only doing the work but also for sharing her journey so openly.

If you’ve ever struggled with performance anxiety - whether it’s in sports, public speaking, or even big life moments - know that hypnosis can help you rewire the way your mind and body respond.
