Even on my busiest days, I never forget to take @equilondon .

I’ll be honest, until a few months ago I genuinely believed supplements were mostly hype, marketing and placebo effect. And I know I’m not alone, because 90% of you who saw my story said exactly the same thing.

Don’t get me wrong, when I was pregnant I was religious about my prenatal vitamins. I have no idea why I stopped taking anything after that. I was still breastfeeding, more sleep deprived than I’d ever been because we’d left home for a few months and I was the only constant comfort for George, especially through the night.

I was completely and utterly depleted, but I just kept powering through, the way you do. It wasn’t until we got back to Dubai and I started weaning the night feeds that it actually hit me. And I mean hit me like a ton of bricks.

I had my bloodwork done, and while the results give you a baseline, “in range” doesn’t always mean optimal. So I started researching. And researching. And researching, until I hit full analysis paralysis. The thing that got me was that the well known brands, the ones advertised everywhere you look, either use ingredients your body can’t actually absorb, or use doses so far below optimal that taking them wouldn’t touch the edges.

Here’s the thing about Equi. It was built by Alice, a Nutritional Therapist & Rosie, a busy mum dedicated to making women feel like themselves again, who have spent years in her London clinic watching women hit this exact wall, doing everything “right” on paper and still feeling depleted. That’s the gap they built the formula to close, every ingredient in a form your body can actually use, at levels that are actually meaningful, not just there to tick a box on the label.
