I’m excited to officially launch the next chapter of my work! After almost 20 years of leading Mercy UK, this marks the beginning of what comes next. The work I care about hasn’t changed— it’s simply taking a new form. I’m delighted to officially introduce Equipped for Life, where I support individuals, leaders and organisations to grow in capacity, strengthen resilience and lead with clarity and confidence. This next chapter builds on everything I’ve learnt over the past two decades—combining coaching psychology, lived leadership experience, and a whole-person approach to growth across the business, charity and faith-based sectors. It feels both new and deeply aligned with the past- I started Equipped for Life quietly a few years ago- but feel now is the time to allow the gained momentum to carry forward into greater impact and significance. I’m also pleased to continue supporting the incredible work of Mercy through various governance roles internationally and here in the UK. If you’re curious, why not check out equippedforlife.co.uk (link in bio) and get in touch!
