My band The Suffering Withinis hitting the stage sooner than expected! I finally return to the stage after almost four years of not playing live. First time im the only guitar player as well. This should be something !

Extremely happy to be able to play with some of the best acts around NE!

“Same mistakes same mistakes
These are the tears I’m afraid they’ll see
I don’t wanna be alone!
When it falls do you have to go cause I need your love
If you give your heart to somebody else
Rip it from my cold lifeless soul”

Concert #301 was a great omen for the rest of the 300s to come and beyond. I got to see one of my favorite local bands Zoume (which I just learned is pronounced Zoe-mee), coheadline playing @thebunkerlic of @otterhousestudios along with @servants666 who had a different feel from the rest of the bands. That cowboycore could work well opening for Dropkick Murphys or the Gaslight Anthem which would be sick af. As for the openers, I was introduced to a new favorite @eraseme401 (ty for the ADTR singalong too lmao) , and @honeydazeny who had wild energy throughout the whole set. I did not get to see @underadarkmoon but shoutouts to them and @jameyhybrid who I know did great. All of these bands deserve so much more, but from what I saw today, they were surrounded by a loving scene who recognize their talents and potential. Especially true with Zoume, who are legit on par with bands like Soulkeeper and Fromjoy with breaking modern metalcore boundaries with trap and hyperpop influences while still bringing the breakdowns. They really are gonna be going places and Im just glad I got to see them in such an intimate setting, even if I did hit my head a ton lmao. It was surprisingly my first time in the Bunker but I already love it and am grateful that its closer than the usual Manhattan or Brooklyn venues. Also shoutouts to the scene and for all the friends old and new at the show, as always. I was craving a great show and now it feels like theyre all just nonstop now. Cant wait for more, continuing into tomorrow. Thanks to all who made it possible and please check all these bands out and support your local scene and make friends. You may just find your new favorite band and a band thats breaking molds that many mainstream bands have not even thought about yet. I love both big & small bands the same but if I were to choose any show to go to, it would be the small ones.
