Happy Big Birthday, my wonderful friend! You have been alive for six decades and I am so lucky to have known you for four of those. As for the flashback photos, I'm sorry/not sorry. Can't wait to see you! 🎉

Missing my comedy partner now that he’s returned down under again. Was lovely having him here after 5 years apart. He’s nice, he’s different, he’s unusual. #besties #wafts #NTAC #hellorevolting

The perfect picnic for my penultimate party. Sunshine, delicious food, beautiful setting and surrounded by my lovely family. Including special guest stars: my youngest godchildren!

The Festival of Fifty comes to a close with dinner at the nostalgic Avalon Restaurant.
How fortunate I am to have celebrated so excessively over the past week, enjoying so much with so many wonderful people. So grateful for a life filled with love.

The happiest of birthdays to my best friend, Paul.
No one makes me laugh like you do.
Your honesty, love and friendship have always kept me going even when times were tough.
I miss you every day cannot wait to see your stupid face again.
All the love and nasty ways across the oceans.
Your comedy partner, Dave.

Thank you so much to everybody who helped farewell my father yesterday. We had a Melbourne Cup sweepstakes draw, lots of Beatles music and many hilarious tales of Teddles told that filled the chapel with laughter. Extra special thanks to @dannkaren for flying in from Brisbane for the day. Thank you everyone for the flowers, cards, plants, phonecalls, messages and social media posts - they have made this time easier. Ted would've said, "Bloody Hell! What a shindig!"

A perfect Sunday afternoon wandering the Coal Yard in Kings Cross and eating a ridiculous amount of food in Dishoom with 3 of my favourite people ever. ❤️
