Gassed to be back ⛽️😈
Our residency continues at @climpsonandsons every Friday from 18:00-21:00 during the month of September.

We’ll be announcing some pop-ups, events, and takeovers in the coming weeks that mean we venture away from Broadway. I know, crazy right?
Sit tight though they’ll accompany our regular spot on weekends so now you’ve got more chance to shoot the sh*t with us.

The team have been grafting (hardly) on specials that will solely live at these events so keep cheeky.

We’re also teasing you with a little sneak peek on a channel we’ve been working on. Have a dig on what you reckon it’ll be in the comments and we might reply (we won’t).

Keep showing up for the ‘ouche and if you’re lucky like some of our customers you might find your forever partner (or at least your autumn fling)

& dare we say it… you might find some branding.

Some of the best days are the ones you never plan.

A normal afternoon quickly turned into an impromptu barbecue by the canal, bringing together old friends, new faces and plenty of good conversations.

Moments like these remind us that community isn't just built during classes. It's built through shared meals, spontaneous ideas and people simply showing up for one another.

A big thank you to @jamal_peace @cali__fazz @leviarmstrong for making it happen, everyone who came by to spend the afternoon with us, and to the crew from Steel Warriors and Finsbury Park. Looking forward to crossing paths again soon.

More community activations are on the way this summer, so keep an eye out.

LOCATION UPDATE 🌿

This Sunday we’ll be based outside Bambi Restaurant in London Fields alongside Mare Street Market from around 11AM onwards to support everyone running the Hackney Half Marathon.

📍 Bambi Restaurant
1 Mentmore Terrace, London E8 3DQ

As a result there will be no class this Sunday, as we’ll instead be putting our energy into supporting the runners and wider community around us like we always should.

A lot of our own community members will also be running this year including @train.erdem , @hybridhaks , @jake_betschart , @korbanbrooksbank , @ian_wuw ,
@alexithatsme and more, so we wanted to make sure there’s a proper space for people to come together, support, reset, and keep the atmosphere alive throughout the day.

We’ll also have @kangenwater.uk there to help keep everyone hydrated throughout the day, alongside support from @drupe_cafe .

Big thank you to @bambi_e8 for supporting both us and the wider community. Looking forward to some really good vibes throughout the day.

This is exactly what Broadway Movement is about beyond classes.

Support the community via the GoFundMe in our bio.

BROADWAY MOVEMENT — COMMUNITY RECAP 🌿

Another Sunday, same energy.

Bank Holiday weekend and the space stayed active start to finish — three sessions, one flow.

🧘‍♀️ Inner Warrior with @cloud.r.e.m — slowed everything down and brought people back into themselves.
🤸‍♀️ Handstand Flow with @handsdownbottomsup — balance, control, and people pushing past their comfort zone.
⚽ Chinlone with @li.hill — rhythm, awareness, and proper connection across the group.

Big thank you to everyone who came through and added to it.
New faces, familiar ones, all moving the same way.

Also love to @methodalligator for holding it down on the fuel 🖤

This is what it’s about — showing up, staying consistent, building something real over time.

Next one coming soon. Stay tuned!
