Seeing your growth over the years has been very inspirational. Working around the drawbacks of injuries, remaining mentally strong, positive, motivated to continue your journey to be bigger and stronger is something many of us don’t have.

I’m very proud to be a part of your journey, can’t wait for 150!

So, let’s praise hard work and goals!

This girl is on 🔥
September 2nd was our first testing session. Over the span of 4 months, we have used different training phases for strength, hypertrophy and max effort lifting.

She’s NOT a powerlifter, she just likes to strength train and enjoy the results. This is the strategy I recommend for 80% of people going to the gym, as you’re not an elite pro athlete, so train for the enjoyment and let the results come in multiple forms with no pressure of expectation.

The results are clear! Her body comp and strength have all improved since our last test session.

I’m most impressed with her bench and Press, 2 very technical lifts that don’t get the respect they deserve. She’s absolutely smoked those PR’s

Oh and a whopping 27+ kg PR on hip thrusts 🔥🔥🔥🔥

By the way, she’s been using the same training structure I have built for my football players!

@erdnussbutterfee I’m proud to be your coach, keepin kicking ass! Much more to come

Im beyond proud of this moment, I’m so impressed with the efforts Celine has put in to make this a reality.

For a long time I was only sharing training tips and then eventually we agreed to do a couple training sessions to work on the fundamentals of Squat, Bench,Deadlift, Press.

After strictly following the training program created for her, made smart adjustments to her nutrition to support a very busy life, she took her overall lifting to another level that we needed to test to get some absolute numbers… wow what a day!

- 05.08.21 (1st vid) was her first time pulling 80kg and she did it for reps!

- 02.09.2021 (2nd vid) super PR, Goal accomplished 100kg deadlift

Lift results:

- Squat: 90kg
- Bench: 50
- Deadlift: 100
- press: 30

Very proud of you Celine, excited for the next stage!
