Congratulations to my security ,adjutant , stylist and spoiled brat Erick Rueben Tyson!🤣

It is with great joy and godly pride that I celebrate you on your graduation from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology with your Master of Divinity degree! What a mighty milestone and a testament to your faith, perseverance, and calling.

This is not just an ending—it is a divine beginning. The time is NOW, for the call is GREAT! I expect nothing less than powerful things from your ministry and your journey ahead. May God continue to order your steps and expand your territory.

We’re all cheering for you—walk boldly in your purpose!

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported and assisted us, not only during Saturday’s ceremony but throughout our journey into and through the pastorate.

I am deeply grateful to my parents, who have exemplified what it means to love and serve God.

I extend my sincere appreciation to Bishop Michael Blue and Pastor Melinda Blue for welcoming us and granting us the honor of calling them our pastors.

I am thankful for Apostle Ryan Cole, who has been an unwavering internal voice in my life for nearly a decade. His consistent guidance has illuminated dark times and provided sobriety in moments of joy.

We are grateful for each facilitator of the service: Bishop Rowson (expeditor), Pastor Bellamy (invocation), Overseer Scott, Bishop-designate Gerald Wyatt (scripture readings), and Bishop Bellamy (apostolic letter). We are honored to have true relationships with each of them and are glad they were part of this day.

We are beyond thankful for the one and only Tiffany McGhee, who continually proves she is anointed and appointed for our generation.

We are exceedingly grateful for Bishop William Young, whose heart and expertise were evident throughout the preparation and execution of the event.

We are thankful for an amazing band led by my brother, the incomparable Tim Clinton, as well as an outstanding production team led by my brother Jean-Marie Sumo Jr.

I am thankful for the many friends and family who showed up, some making significant investments, others in their black and white attire, but all in support of what God has done. I love every single one of you!

We are grateful for the service of Jay David. His posture on Saturday reflected how he lives his life and his love and service toward my wife and I.

Last but not least, I am grateful for my wife. She did not become a First Lady on Saturday but has demonstrated over the past 16 months that she possesses the pedigree, skill, temperament, attitude, and anointing for the role and the work. Thank you for loving God, loving me, and loving this church!

To those who have sent their love from afar, we are grateful for you. Please continue to pray for us.

I honestly believe these photos are a display of the heart, love, and passion that went into the journey of reaching Sunday’s result. thank you to the village posted, and those that were not captured in these pictures but have loved me near and far.

I could not have done this without you.

To those that were safe, thank you.

To those that faithed me through and spoke life when all I could see was doubt and quitting this whole process… thank you.

Your love has made a difference.🤍

And look Grandma!! People came to celebrate the moment. People really cared, and came.

We are proud of the Beulah Student Ministry for capturing Black thinkers, inventors, and figures throughout our history who have made significant contributions to American history during their presentation on Heritage Sunday!
