POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
AS ONE CHAPTER CLOSES, ANOTHER BEGINS… After 18 years, the ISA office is officially empty. It’s strange seeing these rooms without the photos on the walls, people hanging around, meetings running late, stories being told and the memories made here over the years. This place was more than an office. It was a clubhouse, a meeting place and, for a lot of us, a second home. A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, rolled up their sleeves and helped us pack, move, clean and close this chapter the right way. We’re incredibly grateful for the last 18 years and everything that happened inside these walls. But we’re not looking backward for long. New space. New memories. Same crew. You ain’t seen nothing yet. 🤘 #ISAStunts #InternationalStuntAssociation #StuntCommunity #Stunts #NewChapter

After almost 3 years of putting this off, I can finally say this fight is finished. What a learning process this was. There were definitely a few moments where I was thinking, *”I’m never doing lightsaber VFX again.”* 🤣😅 Huge thank you to @haydenlam, @eric_sun1, and everyone else who came out, endured the heat, and helped bring this to life. You all absolutely crushed it. 🙏🏻 Can’t wait to create another one with you all. #fightscene #starwars #actiondesign #stunts

Oh my goodness - we won. 🥹🏆 Thank you @slofilmfest for giving us hope when it felt scarce. In a time where LGBTQ+ representation is shrinking and trans stories are being pushed to the margins - Statistically, @glaad reported that LGBTQ characters in film and TV have decreased significantly in the last 3 years. Only 33 transgender characters were counted across broadcast, cable, and streaming (6.7% of all LGBTQ+ characters). Only 4 of those trans characters are confirmed to return in renewed series. And yet, here we are. Winning! Against all odds. Because the truth is, the hate aimed at our community has never really been about us. But it is affecting Hollywood’s ability to champion us. We’re proud of our little show, that proves art, authentic storytelling can both entertain and awaken empathy. Endless gratitude to our incredible cast and crew who poured their magic, their hearts, and their truth into this. This win belongs to all of you. Directing a 110-page script in 9 shoot days was not [and is not] an easy task. But when we were able to get some of the scenes from Day 2 “in the can” on our very first day, I knew we were going to be fine. You see, to make an audiovisual piece, whether it’s a commercial, a music video, a feature film, or a “vertical” (aka microdrama), a lot has to happen. A whole team of cast and crew has to move together so the lines on the page become performances captured by a camera… and immortalized. Maybe I’m getting a little poetic about it, but I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the magic of movie making, before I shared some fun and funny memories from the Warlord Queen’s shoot, a project I directed a few months ago and it’s very dear to my heart. Also, it’s SO CRAZY that the show just reached 300 MILLION VIEWS on ReelShort @reelshortapp. Holy crap. 🤯 We had an incredible cast and a super talented crew, so thanks to each and one of them! 👏Together we were able to pull this off so elegantly. Everyone worked incredibly hard, and it makes me so happy to see the project keeps growing and finding new audiences. Viva la Warlord Queen forever! ⚔️👑 Starring: Samantha Drew @samanthadrews_ Jenna Gilmer @jennagilmer Chris Quartuccio @chris.quartuccio Kerwin Gonzalez @kerwinacts Tatiana Turan @tatianaturan_actor Alexis Jewell @alexis__jewell Sabrina Brook @sabrinabrook Shekinah Austria @shekinah_austria …and so many more incredible actors!
