Beyond excited to join an amazing organization in 24 Up as an advisor to the Board and Director of Alumni!

I have seen 24 Up start with a vision 16 years ago and grow into the organization that it is today. We are very passionate about the correlations of what you learn playing basketball and success in the real world.

In my own 16 years of business in Real Estate, I have found the best qualities in the agents that have been successful were first demonstrated in sports, military, or other programs where you work as a team to be better than you would be on your own.

Big things are coming to connect those who go through the program to getting the careers of their choice!

The Duane Mlachnik Family Foundation turned their own pain into purpose—and we are so honored to be part of that legacy.

In loving memory of the iconic Duane 'Duey' Mlachnik, the generous sponsorship of the foundation, his family created in his memory, made it possible for ten bereaved mothers experiencing financial hardship to attend BRAVEher 2025—ten hurting hearts who were surrounded by support and the tender strength of community.

The Mlachnik family knows firsthand what it means to grieve someone deeply loved. And in that knowing, they chose to help carry the weight of others’ sorrow. Their gift reminds us that grief can break us open—and still be used for good.

Thank you to the Mlachinik family and the Duane Mlachnik Family Foundation for allowing your loss to become a light for others.

For 15 years, 24:Up has been more than just a basketball program - it’s been a family.

From coaches and players to parents and volunteers, we’ve built something special together. This journey has been filled with unforgettable memories, and we could not be more thankful for the impact that has been made.

This is the product of adults trying to compete with the kids to make a TikTok. It took us 45 minutes to make this 10 sec reel. #thanksgivingfun #family 😂
