Loved creating designated spaces for these sisters! Now they each have their own sections and a place for everything!

Meet our trainer ERICA, teaching sculpt on Saturday 12/28!
Hi! I’m Erica. My background is in dance, Pilates, yoga, release, and sculpt. With over 22 years of experience in dance and movement, I teach full body sculpt, hot Pilates, and release classes in Fairfield county. I believe in the power of connecting your body to your mind, and that with that connection, we can achieve anything. I believe that joy, nourishment, presence, and movement can heal everyone. I have a certificate in Nutrition Sciences from Stanford University and a minor in Dance from Bucknell University. In my class, you will find a deeper sense of yourself and you will leave feeling lighter, brighter, and ready to tackle whatever life throws at you! Let’s move!
