When I say I have a big family and a lot of cousins , this is what I mean and this isn’t all of my cousins. You played a huge role in helping organize details and researching what type of look I was striving to achieve. We sat in the salon and screenshot hundreds of pictures to try to put it together in my head with what I wanted. I truly want to say thank you for spending that time with me. Anybody else sign up to do fitness challenges & not reach the goal? I do it all the time. 😳

Not doing that in 2023! Instead of focusing on a lofty goal, my accountability besties and I are focused on monthly activities to move our body. 🫶🏾

In January we did #31daysofyoga and this month it’s #28daysofmovement. The only rule is to move your body, that’s it.
