2021 Reflections: I am surrounded by the most amazing people.

There’s a lot of them not pictured here, but man do I have the best people in my life. From the wedding celebrations of @sydneysage_ and @larkshark39 to quality time with my favorite little human, to all the people who showed up at markets and events to support me, to living room dance parties with my favorite dj @ihateabernathy ,to the weekend away with my best friend from the 3rd grade @laurierita and everything in between. I love my biological and chosen family so much!

WHAT IS SEO???
.
Instead of me going full hard-core geek on you 🤓 let’s re-phrase the question to focus on the most important thing:
.
WHAT DOES SEO DO??? What’s it all about?
.
(And how can it help your business in 2019?)
.
⚡️ SEO is all about bringing traffic to your site from search engines (mostly Google) without relying on adspend.
.
⚡️ Good SEO brings *targeted* traffic that’s actually your ideal customer/client/reader (and therefore more likely to give you their money!)
.
⚡️ Good SEO also keeps working in the long run (no sudden crazy plummets in your analytics from algorithm changes or fits and spurts like you get from social media).
.
⚡️ Also, SEO keeps bringing you traffic even when you’re taking the week off or focusing on other projects.
(Some would call this “passive” traffic, but like most “passive” things, the work goes in up front and over time, and *then* you get to be passive)
.
And more of your ideal client/customer reading your site (whether you’re hustling on social media or not) is always a good idea (💰💰💰), whether your business is a blog, a store, or a service, whether it’s online or IRL.
.
So SEO is definitely worth putting effort into.

Having the patience to accept that things will happen, when and how they happen, is TOUGH.
What are you having trouble accepting?
Job hunting during the holidays?
Getting over a breakup?
Let me know ❤️
Repost @ericaleexo Trust that it will happen

Do you know what is absolutely, magically unstoppable? Women together.

The story I used to tell myself was that I’m a guy’s girl. All my friends were guys and I “just didn’t get along with girls as well.” I don’t know where that story came from, but I’m glad it’s not the story I tell myself anymore.

I am surrounded by amazing women, who can do anything they put their minds to, so building business, some raising tiny humans, all just living their best lives. I can’t tell you how many of them eagerly offer me advice when I’m in the middle of one of my “fake it til you make it” adventures (like freelancing for two major brands who totally think you’ve done this before but you haven’t....🙈) and know that you don’t lose any of your own flame by lighting someone else’s. 💕

Here’s to girl power 🥂
(Not pictured are my nail gang @pouncing_paws @nailsbycally @nailsbypaige__ And @jenfowlr , @ashleyrome Um we need a picture together, how is there not one? And @annahovet who gave me so much advice when I opened my salon, I’ll always owe you)

If you think this is just about shampoo…you’re f*ing wrong💥
.
Just need to be blunt here..How many of you struggle with oily roots? Dry scalp?? Hair breakage??? Scarecrow hair????
.
How many of you keep buying “miracle” products at the grocery store that make a difference for about a week then quits working??
.
This is what you need…products that are natural, vegan, loaded up with natural oils and botanicals. They clarify the hairs, work from the root, clear out gunk, and can restore natural healthy growing hair.
.
No shit they are amazing and produce amazing results✅ We are not masking the hair and layering on bandaids, we are giving you HEALTHY hair and this is what healthy hair looks like.
.
If you want absolutely healthy and beautiful hair, that is less work and less headache for you..I have the solution🙌🏻
.
BUT if you want the hair ➕
amazing women to link arms with
a team that feels like a family
bonuses and free product out the wazoo
a strong feeling of satisfaction
financial freedom and getting yourself out of debt
⬆️⬆️
If all that is what you want..then you need to make some big choices. I’m never here to sugar coat and sprinkle fairy dust✨ If you want these things you CAN have them, I promise you that👀

No fairy dust here but I can give you unicorn hair🦄 Now lets do it!
