What started as a goal turned into a journey of early mornings, countless miles, finish lines, discipline, and determination.

Some days were easier than others, but every single mile brought me closer to this moment.

WE ARE SO EXCITED!!!!

I can’t believe it! It’s been several months since we started formally training for this. We originally hoped to compete as doubles, but instead, we took the risk and decided to do singles for our FIRST HYROX!

Our friends, family, students, and colleagues have all heard us constantly talk about training for this moment, and the weekend we’ve been anticipating is finally here! 😁

If you’re competing on Sunday, May 31st, we hope to see you there too! 😄🤗🫶🏽

Shout out to our girl Dani for helping us with these clips!

Fit + Focused was never about just the workout.

It was about creating space to move with intention, reset mentally, and be surrounded by women who get it! 👯‍♀️

This is what community, wellness & alignment looks like 💗.

More experiences like this coming soon!

Big THANKYOU to @a1artnyc for the space & collaborating on this idea to lead us through our vision boards 💕

Thank you so much to our sponsors who made this possible ☺️ @shopstakt @myyellowpicnic @dryki.sweat @davidprotein @slappdrink @drinkmagna

& to each of my ladies who came out to support as soon as tickets dropped, as a friend, a stranger who became a new friend, or for the cause - you are everything!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽
