10-15m Rescue Drill, AIDA 3 Requirement

Safety isn’t just part of the course, it is at the core of the course.

To complete AIDA 3 certification, students must perform a rescue from 10-15 meters.

This drill trains you to stay calm, act fast, and support your buddy just in case you encounter this scenario while deep diving.

Want to become a certified freediver?
Join our next AIDA course and train with intention.

DM to book.

We love seeing students realize na “ah, kaya ko pala to!” or “kaya pala kahit hindi ako swimmer.”

If you’ve been curious but unsure, this is your sign.
You don’t need to be a swimmer to try freediving. You just need the courage to try! 😉
