POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A little chapter closing 🤍 ☕️🧊

After an incredible run building @coffeeandchillny , I’ve made the decision to step away and let this Sunday be my last event.

looking back through these photos, what I keep coming back to isn’t even the incredible events — it’s the people.

The conversations over coffee and matcha. The strangers who became familiar faces. The people I somehow convinced to get into an ice bath at 10am. The hugs, the laughs, the BTS chaos, and the thousands of New Yorkers who showed up, brought their friends, and made these mornings what they were.

Building community in New York City is a really special thing. In a city this big, getting to create spaces that made it feel a little smaller is something I’ll always be grateful for.

To the @litandlean community who followed me to @coffeeandchillny and trusted me to try a cold plunge- thank you for your endless support and excitement.

To the friends who supported this business by helping at an event, packing a Uhaul at 6am, buying merch, attending an event or simply telling a friend- thank you for your endless belief in my visions!!

If we crossed paths at a Coffee & Chill event — whether we shared a conversation, a coffee, a matcha, a workout, or a cold plunge — thank you. Truly. I feel so lucky for every person this chapter brought into my life.

I’m leaving this chapter with a very full heart, a lot learned, and even more excitement for what I want to create next while continuing to pour my love for community and wellness into my first business @litandlean 🎧 🪩

So if you’re going to miss me on a Sunday, in the meantime come find me weekly @litandlean events and classes where we can sweat together. Coffee on me after 😏

And Come celebrate and say “see you later” to me this sunday at my final event 10.18 backyard bar 10am!!
