Near the entrance of UNBY TOKYO, the lockers bear the signatures of creators and athletes who have connected with us over the years. Having the signatures of former Japan national rugby player Shota Horie and legendary pro skater Tommy Guerrero sitting side-by-side feels so quintessentially UNBY. On the side of the lockers sits a custom sticker given to us by an overseas customer in return for an UNBY STORE sticker at the register. Both his adorable son and the impressive quality of the sticker blew us away, so we made a special exception to stick it up. It brings us so much joy to see this culture of swapping homemade stickers—just like Harajuku street kids back in the day—still alive and thriving right here.

Nobody is coming to save your future self. At some point, you have to decide that getting older isn’t an excuse, it’s a challenge. The body changes. Recovery changes. Life gets busier. But you still get to choose how you show up. You can let the years take from you… Or you can spend them building something the younger version of you never thought possible. #fitness #fitnessmotivation #gym #over40fitness #hypertrophy
