Happy 27th birthday to @chasea31 ❤️

I wrote these lyrics to Shaun Martin’s The Yellow Jacket for him, and he approved the song before he left us, so I hope he can listen now and know how much we think about him and care for him. Miss you everyday Chaser.

For Chase. We miss you.
Stronger than oak, we can feel you
Shining through the branches
Softer than love, now we see you
Rustling through the leaves

Caring, graceful, loving, you are here
You are, present, selfless, till the end

It’s hard to be here without you
You’re the missing fragment
I’d climb a mountain to see you, but you’re on your way
And now we know we have to
Live life, know love, play games, take a bite
Laugh more, know peace, grow up, hold on tight
Chase your dreams, and do things scared,
You only get one life, gotta live it while you have it

Full video on YouTube soon. ❤️

My Graduate Jazz Recital is at the end of the month! I’ll be sharing the stage with some heavy hitters and my closest friends. It would mean the world to me if you came to support one of my final shows at CSULB 🤠

Crazy to think that almost two years ago exactly I was auditioning here and deciding whether I wanted to move here or not… and now my graduate recital is only three weeks out!
Please come and join us on Saturday, March 14th at 4pm for a lovely early evening set of music. It’s free, the band is killing, and I promise you’ll have a good time! 🫶🏼❤️
