#tbt The last two days have seen my people be executed by the very ones who were supposed to protect them. Echoes of a not so distant history, that keeps furiously clawing its way to the present. They want our power, but not our will. Our creations, but not our autonomy. Our loyalty, but not our partnership. Time and again they have tried to break our spirits- they fight hard to get rid of black manhood and black men. So many distractions, so many targeted attacks, so much victim blaming, so much publicly exonerated public execution.
Well I do NOT regret to inform you that we are here to stay. We will not lie down, we will not roll over, we will not cease to be a powerful people just because it makes you uncomfortable. Strength, hope, and courage. We adhere to these.

Because being Super is for everybody. ✊ #BlackLivesMatter

"Sirach created abominations. They appeared as dark horsemen, and each had only one power-but it was a great and terrible power. Power so great that it burned up the human soul within, leaving only hunger and darkness behind. Many were the heroes that they killed." Legend of the Mantamaji Book Two by @ericdeanseaton.
