Halfway through the MidState trail. The most gorgeous fall in years.

Two more sections hiked on the Midstate Trail, 60 miles to NH. This section had a lot of road walking broken up by forest trails and ending in a cow tunnel. I even got both my kids to join for a bit. We won’t mention that I left my car keys behind and had to walk a mile back to the car. Good thing that mistake only happened during the section my husband and I did, as the mockery would never end.

Shed got a facelift. I am a sucker for before and afters. That empty wall is calling for some color.

Spent a few days around Acadia exploring. My family tolerated me obsessing about the color green, rocks, Lupine and pine cones.

65. Indigo Red Music Story
Remember to sign up to my email list on the website. Now, the story- I returned to the radio station every week to help out. Eventually, Anne and I became fast friends. Although Anne was quite standoffish when we first began working together she eventually let her walls down. She was a tough New England woman and I was determined to find her softer side. Just be careful what you wish for because sometimes the other side is full of surprises, good and bad.

In a tale as old as pottery time, I ruined a kiln’s worth of work. I must have missed or messed up a glaze ingredient. I knew something felt off but I powered on, and boy do I regret it. I had to bring in the wrecking crew.

Weekend fun! Visited art, amazed by my partner’s leadership abilities, snacks and a new hiking trail.

Gorgeous day yesterday exploring Wells State Park. Of course we also found something clay related.
