Day 5: Cooling 💨 Heating 🔥 Vision Boards 🗺️ & SO MUCH MORE💡🪚

It is ALL coming together!!

Frank Dinatale ( @dinataledevelopment )from Cool Runnings worked with my dad @ericeremita to make sure the cooling was exactly what we needed for all of my equipment.

I’ve had PC’s burnout from not having proper cooling in the room, so this step is probably one of the most important ones!

Until our next step with the internet & ethernet…that’s pretty important too🛜

Also shoutout @haileyvarca.arch , for working on this vision board with me. Now we have a better idea for the look we are going for moving forward🫶🏻

If any companies or brands would like to work with us on this project please DM me!!

Until next time, see you soon✌️

Pizza brought us to the table. Everything else is why we stayed. 🇮🇹🍕❤️
Last night’s October Festa with Appetito at Song’ E Napule was one of those nights that felt less like an event and more like a room full of people genuinely enjoying being together.
Endless pizza, great conversation, live Italian music, singing, laughing, and the kind of energy that makes a table full of people start to feel like famiglia.
So much love to @ciroiovinenyc and @songenapulenyc for always supporting Appetito and to everyone who came out and filled the room with so much warmth, laughter and Italian spirit. ❤️
There were chefs, writers, friends, family, familiar faces, new faces, and not one but two priests, so clearly this was an extremely official Italian gathering. 😂🇮🇹
And if Nick and I are together, at some point we’re going to end up dancing. That’s basically guaranteed.
More nights around the table like this. ❤️

Even though we’re listing it, we all agreed we’d LOVE IT. Just ask Eric Eremita from HGTV’s Love It or List It, who stopped by our open house this weekend 👀

And if anyone knows whether to love it or list it, it’s him.

Day 4: a whole lot of nothing but EVERYTHING at the same time! Painting🖌️Water Proofing💦Electric⚡️Lighting💡Framing🪵

AND SO MUCH MORE TO COME!

🖌️ Waterproof Paint by @sherwinwilliams

I’m super stumped on how I want the lighting for this room to turn out. I can go SUPER gamer or lean into the traditional Broadcast Studio look. Please give me recommendations or inspiration I can look into for this project.

What were you thinking was the perfect look for this room?💡

Any companies that would like to collaborate on this project please DM me or my dad :)

See you soon for Episode 5!
