The equipped chinese warrior returns.

Honestly prep was MEH. Short time frame so we did 7 weeks straight equipped which isnt TERRIBLE but was definitely not ideal. Good to experiment with that tho. Even with a bad performance, still got some juice out of squat, and first time in this specific shirt in quite a while. Made the perfect attempt selection for the shirt #awesome

Deadlift actually went decently, and no grip issues on the day.
Some may see it as cope, but sometimes equipment can legit just be too worn in and not have anymore pop. Next time hes in eq he’ll be alot stronger as we take a good time to grow and actually focus on building his raw lifts since we started its been go go go with equipped, so taking a step back to just enjoy the build!

I am looking forward to his future training and immensely grateful for the buy in that he has when it comes to my skill set.

Squat: 192.5 kg / 424 lb (+40 lb meet pr, +17 lb atpr)
Bench: 87.5 kg / 193 lb (+28 lb meet pr, +6 lb atpr)
Deadlift: 185 kg / 408 lb (+6 lb meet pr)

Total: 465 kg (+40 kg pr)

First time 9/9 and 434 DOTS (+35 pr)

Super fun meet to dust off the old knees before Mass States!

This was my first single you ever saw me do and now I'm doing it for 3. Life moves on and now I'm creating a whole new world for myself I love the people around me and I'm learning so much. Thank you, this set truly felt like my final goodbye I already had closure but this song wouldn't leave me alone now I can finally say it does.

Heartbreak is real but let it break you so you can build yourself back up again. It's not over till the bell rings and by the time that happens to you; your kids will be burying you 6ft under so make the difference NOW!

So no time to be a bitch.

But seriously, this sport will test you.
Especially after getting injured.
But milestones like this make it all worth it.

Things that also help you not to be a pussy.

A great partner to keep your head on straight and assure you that you will not die🖤
A coach that has been with you through everything(like bro no more character development please)
A solid crew that if shit goes sideways, they got you.
A chiro that’s too smart for his own good.
