Wishing the happiest of birthdays to my good friend @ericjayvw ! If you know Eric, you know he’s always going out of his way to make other people feel special. He’s the guy who remembers everyone’s birthday and makes sure they feel appreciated. So I wanted to make sure he gets some of that love back today. I met Eric through Dancing with the Stars, and I’m so glad that turned into a friendship. He’s incredibly talented, but beyond that, he’s just a genuinely good person. Happy birthday, Eric! I hope you know how much you’re loved and appreciated, not just today, but every day!

20 years of Dancing with the Stars! 🪩

Two decades.
26 seasons.
A lifetime of memories, lessons, and growth I never could’ve scripted…

When I first stepped onto that ballroom floor, I was just a girl chasing a dream — nervous, hopeful, and unaware that this show would shape not only my career but my entire life. I grew up on that stage. I faced fears, found my voice, learned resilience, and rediscovered myself over and over again…

Through the confetti, the tears, the long rehearsals, and the endless rhinestones, DWTS became more than a TV show — it became family. It taught me about grace under pressure, the power of connection, and the beauty of reinvention…

As the show celebrates its 20th anniversary, I wanted to share 20 life lessons I’ve learned from the ballroom that still guide me every single day…

To everyone who’s ever been part of this journey — my partners, the crew, the judges, the pros, and especially the fans — thank you for letting me grow up in front of you, and for allowing me to keep dancing in new ways…

Here’s to 20 years of ballroom magic, life lessons, and the courage to keep evolving — both on and off the dance floor. 💫

The public demanded more, so here is a rerun of episode 3 “Once a Year in NYC with Kay & Eric”
@kay_l_andersen Kay Andersen and I think 🤔 we are in talks with Trident gum to be a sponsor because I was chewing gum so much in this episode haha 🤣
