You KNOW I had to bring a little bit of my hometown to my dinner at Foxwoods! 🇮🇹❤️🤌🏻

We kicked off the evening with these beautiful individual antipasto boards for each guest — the perfect Italian-American way to start the night!

✨ Finely sliced Parma Prosciutto
✨ Pistachio Mortadella
✨ Parmigiano Reggiano
✨ Raw almonds & cashews
✨ Castelvetrano olives
✨ And a pepper stick straight from Johnston’s own D. Palmieri’s Bakery!

✨ ANOTHER INCREDIBLE NIGHT AT FOXWOODS! ✨

What a night! I’m still taking it all in and feeling incredibly grateful. ❤️

It is such an honor to host and curate these special dining experiences for the VIP guests at Foxwoods—bringing together food, family, stories and the kind of moments that make a night truly memorable.

A huge thank you to Chef April @apesvitto and her incredible culinary team, and to the entire Foxwoods team, for working alongside me to bring my vision and menu to life. Every detail, every course and every moment is a true team effort, and I’m so grateful for this continued opportunity.

And making this night even more special was celebrating my debut cookbook, Bring Back Sunday Dinner, with a VIP book signing! 📖🇮🇹 Seeing everyone with the book in their hands, signing copies, taking photos and hearing your kind words meant more to me than I can say. The book signing was a huge success, and my heart is FULL.

A new month, and a new round of events!

🍕🔥For National Deep Dish Pizza Day, we will be gathering at Sicilia's Pizzeria in Providence from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can come anytime in this 4-hour span of time, and we will be there to hang out and eat pizza! It is free to attend, you only pay for what you consume.

🍕🎨Then, we have this one of a kind event in partnership with @ericjohnpizzaart and @the78pubatthisguyspizza to learn how to make pizza art! It takes place April 16th at 6pm, tickets are $60 a person and MUST be purchased by April 9th.

🍕🔥And finally, we have our Monthly Meetup on the usual Third Thursday, April 16th from 5pm to 9pm at The 78 Pub @ This Guy's Pizza. Like the Sicilia's meetup, it's free to attend, just pay for what you consume

So if you are looking for good pizza, new friends or just something to do, come and hang out with us!!
