Last time we went to Disneyland we made a bet on who was better at the Disneyland shooting games. To up the stakes the loser had to wear an “I pooped at Disney” shirt the entire time next time we visit.

This time was punishment day.

If you missed the first part go watch my page.

As soon as we found out the new Dreamworks movie “Forgotten Island” takes place in the Philippines and both main characters are Filipino we knew we had to go see it.

We knew we were going to love the movie because Filipino culture doesn’t get spotlighted in movies in Hollywood but we ended up loving it for much more than the representation.

The depth of development of the characters and the storyline itself come together to evoke so much emotion. The animation was very well done as expected for Dreamworks movies and I’m even more excited to experience the culture when we visit the Philippines next year.

As someone who’s never been to Sequoia National Park before this past weekend I can confidently say it’s one of the most beautiful places in California.

We wanted to watch the sunset and found Moro Rock Trail and the hike was totally worth it (and not as dramatic as I made it seem lol)

So many people take movement for granted because we’ve always had it. But one day that will all change. And with it our ability to explore the world will change too. And what is life without exploration and experiencing new things with the love of your life.

I personally want to be able to explore the world as long as possible and that’s enough of a reason for me to take care of my body and health.

Off Day Chronicles Episode 6: Runyon, Coffee, and Game Night

This time we finally checked out Runyon Canyon. We’ve been in LA for about 3 years now so definitely behind lol. I’m starting to get better at taking off days and unplugging but I still always feel a bit behind on things and need to remind myself to be in the moment.

Highlight of this day was definitely the game night by the bbq. We’ve been doing this more often and it’s a great way for us to spend time together.

Love isn’t something you find. It’s something that finds you.

I always searched for love. But whenever I was looking for it the most I could never find it. But then you came along. We got along effortlessly. We just understood each other and didn’t even have to try to.

I’m so grateful for all the support, encouragement, and love you’ve given me throughout the years. And I can’t wait to see where our next adventures take us.

I love you.
