“Do people get your message?” 🤔

Asked on a MacArthur Society call yesterday. Fair question.

They get the tactics. ✅
They get the framework. ✅
The COMPOUNDING? Most miss it. ❌

Living it daily. Over months. Over years. That’s where your life changes. 🔥

I’m not the battle; I’m the war. ⚔️

hatemgoucha has discredited himself by preaching one thing (emotional regulation? how to handle stress?) while practicing another thing (we have all seen the pics of him canoodling with women). So, will you really read and believe a word of his book? Can you see it now, just a little?

There are moments in life and business that leave you speechless.

This week was one of those moments.

I received a gift from a client who is also now a Founding Member — a gift that brought me to tears.

As a tribute to the upcoming release of SHIFT: From Cell to Soul, 25 trees were planted in my name in Angeles National Forest, California.

Along with the gift came these beautiful words:

"Your message so powerfully reminds us that to truly SHIFT our lives, we must clear the gardens of our hearts and minds of unwanted weeds deeply rooted in our lives. By SHIFTing our energy and creating space, we allow growth and blessings to be uncovered and blossom in ways we could never have imagined."

What moved me most was this realization...

The book isn't even out yet.

SHIFT won't be released until Winter 2026, and my Founding Members have only read the Introduction and first few chapters of the raw manuscript.

No final draft.
No cover design.
No finished product.

Just the message.

And somehow, even in its earliest form, it is already creating reflection, healing, meaningful conversations, and transformation.

Writing a book is not simply about publishing words.

It is about planting seeds.

Seeds of awareness.
Seeds of healing.
Seeds of possibility.
Seeds of transformation.

The time, energy, and heart I am now pouring into this next phase of the journey—side by side with my incredible publishing team, Eric Koester and @Manuscripts Press—feels fueled by the incredible support I have received thus far.

To every Founding Member and early supporter who has read, reflected, shared, encouraged, and believed in this vision from the very beginning:

Thank you.

You are not simply supporting the birth of a book, you are helping give life to a movement.

And for that, I am profoundly grateful.

Last year, something shifted.

Not because I forced it… but because I was finally ready.

Ready to speak my truth.
Ready to share my story.
Ready to turn years of healing, pain, faith, and transformation into something meaningful.

So I created space… and I wrote.

Words became pages.
Pages became chapters.
And now—a book.

SHIFT: From Cell to Soul
Born from an 11-year cancer healing journey… and everything it taught me:
Courage. Trust. Faith. Transformation.

A truth I can’t ignore:

When you shift your energy, you can change your life.

This journey asked me to be vulnerable…
to honor my past…
and to trust that my story might help someone else.

And maybe yours can too.

Because your story matters.
Someone is waiting for your courage. Your wisdom. Your shift.

I am deeply grateful for the believers helping bring this book, mission, and vision to life.

A special thank you to Eric Koester, founder of @Manuscripts. What an honor to have a publisher who values me not only as an author—but as a thought leader.

So today, I’m inviting you to be part of this movement.

My publisher and I have opened a Founding Members pre-launch campaign for SHIFT: From Cell to Soul—filled with meaningful gifts, signed first editions, special experiences, and ways for me to serve you in return.

This is a chance to become an early part of something created to help people heal, awaken, and shift their lives.

The book releases Winter 2026, but Founding Members will receive first signed copies and exclusive opportunities long before then.

If something here resonates, I would be honored to have your support.

Thank you for believing in voices that choose courage over silence and in those willing to push the envelope for change.

Here’s to our next chapter,
Shenal

Don’t fix your credit. 🙄

Why would you EVER want access to the best rates, premium tiers, and banks fighting for your business?

Sounds exhausting. 😜

I became the person I needed 15 years ago. For you!

From a 500 credit score to 800 — and that number touched everything. The mortgage. The business. The life I have now.
I didn’t just fix my credit. I rewrote my story.
Every day I show up as the CEO, the coach, and the woman who decided a number would never define her ceiling.

If nobody’s told you yet — your score is not your sentence. It’s your starting point.

What a ride. Words cannot express all the emotions of finally holding this book in my hands after 6 years of trying to answer the call, “write the book”.

The lessons I learned, the experiences, the stories are meant to be shared to help others on their journey to express their light, be the light, and spread the light.

I am eternally grateful to all my early backers and beta readers who helped me make this book a reality. Thank you. 🙏

Thank you to my publisher @manuscripts.ed and editorial team, marketing, and @erickoester for all the professional, technical, mental, and emotional support! 🙏💫

Thank you @matthieumeynier for being by my side, supporting me and capturing these moments. So much love. 🥰💝💫 What a gift.

Early backers, I’m working hard to get a copy to you this week and next.

The EBook will be available on Amazon next week for $0.99 for a limited time, to celebrate the Lunar New Year, year of the fire horse; spreading more light into this world. Stay tuned for updates.
