▶️ Varying degrees of 'LOCKED IN' over the past month 🔐👼

A wise man once said: "You don't dance much nowadays"...so as any rational human would, I uprooted my entire schedule and attempted to dedicate all my free time to reignite why I love dance, and get back to being the 'Reid Friedl' that you and I both know.

As someone with a VERY blurred work-life balance, a life tip:

Don't let your love for things be eclipsed by self-imposed restrictions. If you're sacrificing feeling good... sybau and don't do that 🥀

As you can see by my smiles, this month has been some of the most fulfilling dance moments, and it's been an absolute joy to dance and share with friends. Whether it be jokes and laughs, or me putting my brow down and bringing the DAWG out, I'm more than ok with this shift in my day-to-day 💞

____________

1) a @jchillen_ piece that I obsessed over and figured tf out
2) a cutesy moment w/ @ericmalapad in the vibe that is @richielubaton class
3) the 🦁 @kimpanganiban , needed to show up for one of the stars + @vinalph
4) the types of class when I want to experiment and push myself as well
5) literal therapy by @dylansmovin in Seattle + @rheannagayap
6) timeless nostalgia, and the best kind of training w/ @robertabierman and @karringtonshae
7) a lil section of a draft w/ @nataliejgeldart 🙋🙋‍♀️
8) an idea with @caleb.agno @averypurcell_ @solomonle.png @jakob_phan to be expanded upon 👨‍❤️‍👨
9) @maryn.dwyer supports literally everyone, so everyone should support her 💪 + @leyannemarzan & @kristinetintin
10) brother @christopherbonus, and a gang of people that I quite enjoy dancing with (@_denise_chan_ @t.beattie1325 @maryn.dwyer)

The floodgates are opening 😈🤘
