Everybody meet Bean & Bubbles! 🐴❤️

These two little fellas got dealt a shitty hand with dwarfism and some pretty serious problems with their feet and joints. But thanks to my buddy Eric Mendrysa, they have a second chance!

Eric’s put a ton of time and work into keeping these little guys on their feet and giving them a shot at a good life. Can’t give him enough credit for that.

I’m just here to drive them across the country and for all the cuddles 😂❤️

This girl!🤍 Sloane came to Congress battling staph, and just getting here and being able to show felt like a win. Between rides, she had to take her leg off for relief, then put it back on, get back on her horse, and keep going. Through all of that, she finished Reserve Champion. I’m incredibly proud of the placing, but even more proud of her resilience. People see the ride and the ribbon, but not everything it took to get there. She kept showing up, kept riding, and kept fighting when it would have been easy to give up… not one complaint. Sloane, you are stronger than you know. So, so proud of you…and this was only the first part. 🤍 Just adore you baby girl!

I never pictured myself owning a small dog.

Before Olive, my life had always been filled with Labradors. I bred them, raised them and trained them. Labs were simply part of who I was, and I was certain I would always be a Lab person.

Then, while I was away on a work trip in Texas, @ericmendrysa found Olive. He was convinced that a small dog would change my life and insisted that I had to have her. I wasn’t so sure—but somehow, Olive came home with me.

He was right. She changed everything, and she was only the beginning. 🤍Then came Ivy, and lastly, Twig

Through it all, we still had Ammo, our last Lab and one of the gentlest souls our family has ever known. He absolutely adored the boys and was always right beside them. He followed their stroller around the ranch, sat patiently on the sand pile while they played and even let them climb on and “ride” him around. He was their protector, their playmate and a true saint of a dog.

We lost Ammo in May, and his absence has left a very big hole in our family.

Today, our three Frenchies have completely stolen our hearts and proudly serve as the ranch mascots. I never expected to love small dogs quite like this—but Olive knew exactly what she was doing when she entered my life.

And when I reach the next phase of my healing journey, I’ll begin searching for the PERFECT Lab to join our family and carry on the kind of love Ammo gave our boys. 🐾

✨ Happy Birthday to my sparkle & shine, soul-stitched bestie!
From business dreams to travel days, horse shows to every wild idea in between… life is just better with you in it. Thank you for being Sloane’s unicorn of a godfather…not just in title, but in the way you’ve loved, encouraged, celebrated, and shown up for her year after year. Our family is better because you’re part of it. You have the rare gift of making people feel seen, turning ordinary moments into magical memories, and reminding me not to take life too seriously. Your fierce loyalty, your heart, your contagious laughter, and yes… your wonderfully witchy ways 😂🦄✨ make this life so much more fun. Here’s to more passport stamps, more horses, bigger dreams, deeper purpose, late-night laughs, and the kind of adventures we’ll still be talking about when we’re old but, have had really good work done 😜 Love you with my whole heart for always! Happy Birthday Angel! 💕💕💕
