I have always aimed to be as AUTHENTIC as possible... especially as a MUSICIAN. Not to confuse what my intentions are, this is REAL... my quest to living the purpose embedded inside of me was really beyond me. Never would I have imagined my weight gain would catapult me back to being on stage again. @revengebody OG Season 1!!! This is why I know I finally deserve everything God has for me! .

Sidenote: Asian parents are brutally honest especially my mother. They have no filter lol but my mom and I are in a much better space now. She still shakes her head from time to time but she lets me do what I want now. There's still no Asian American artist that's a household name... that's what I've always aimed for!!! #AsianSuperstar . #askmeek

I’m on cloud nine and at a total loss for words. Thank you so much @primarilydance for welcoming me with open hearts and sharing your expression with me. On a really personal note, I have never felt this satisfied with a teaching experience or a piece of mine because I’ve always felt so intimidated and unworthy of providing material to students. But lately the amazing souls who are in my life or who happen to take my class make it all worth it and are helping me recognize my artistry. I could go on and on but to keep it brief, here’s to growth and self discovery on all levels and in all avenues. So grateful for dance and all the people who come with it. Let’s keep pushing, innovating, and doing what we love.

In honor of Graduation Week! 👩‍🎓 Wanna acknowledge and say congratulations to one of my youngest but most ambitious clients @erieluyyy 🙏

Juggling a job and school is already a handful BUT she still manages to make time for her own health. Honestly, I don’t know many people her age with that kind of drive and ambition. She has a great head on her shoulder and I know for sure has a bright future ahead of her as long as she continues to keep up the same work ethic. I’m super proud of you Eriel for real for real. Cheers to one chapter of your life closing and another one starting!  Congrats to the #ClassOf2019📚🍾 #CSUF
