I am excited for tomorrow night!
Yoga + Sound Bath taking place at @moscow_contemporary at 4 pm. No pre-registration or RSVP necessary. @erikagreenwell and I are collaborating to bring you a restorative and grounding flow of energy and movement. The first part of the experience will feature yoga (all levels welcome), and we will end with a 50 minute sound bath Shavasana.

This event has a suggested donation of $40, and we are donating 20% of the proceeds to support Moscow Contemporary.

Participants should bring their own yoga mat, blankets, pillow, water bottle, and other items of comfort.

I’m really excited for this collaboration with longtime yoga instructor, @erikagreenwell
We had a lot of fun offering a yoga and sound bath this past summer at the @melliflorallc flower farm, and started planning then for a future event. I’m so happy to get this on the calendar and offer it to our community!

Coming December 18th is another lovely opportunity to enjoy a yoga flow + sound bath when I collaborate with Kristine Petterson of @mindfulparentingrevolution
Details will be announced soon!

Yoga and sound therapy go great together. ✨

It was a joy to work with the lovely group of people who attended the sound bath + yoga session at @melliflorallc yesterday! I have known the owner of the farm since my early college days, and it was not a surprise to see her creativity shine as brightly in her farm practices as it has in all of her past endeavors. It was an honor to be a part of the magic she shares, and a joy to collaborate with @erikagreenwell
Participants were transitioned to a calmer state with sound therapy, and then enjoyed a delicious yoga flow. 🌻 🧘‍♀️ ✨

🌻 July 16, 10am-1pm
Step out of your busy life and transport yourself to a place of calm and beauty by joining us for a sound bath transition, and a yoga practice in the heart of the @melliflorallc flower farm. I’ll begin the morning with a gentle sound bath, and then Erika Greenwell from Moscow yoga will lead you through a practice among the blooms. Afterwards, you can wander among the flowers, share some light refreshments and enjoy connecting with friends. @melliflorallc will send you home with a fresh bouquet.

Register for the event by visiting @melliflorallc bio.

I love yoga. I’ve taken classes all over the world, including Zanzibar, where this picture was taken. The best instructor I’ve ever had is our very own @erikagreenwell right here in Moscow Idaho. Erika is going to teach a special workshop in the flower farm this summer. You can have an amazing practice among the blooms, stay for some refreshments, walk among the flowers and go home with a bouquet. Sound good? I need to know from you if you would prefer to do it on a weekend or an end of the day weekday after work kind of thing. Let me know and that will help us plan
