POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
A month. Three retreats in three different countries. So many moments we wish we could bottle up. ❤️

🇨🇭🇮🇹🇪🇸 Switzerland, Italy and Spain gave us incredible places to ride. But looking through these photos, it’s the people we shared the rides with - our amazing hosts - and the little moments that bring it all back.

The nervous smiles before trying something new. The questions that helped things click. Someone doing something she didn’t think she could do, with a whole group celebrating right alongside her.

And plenty of laughing at ourselves along the way. 😂

There were hard days, injuries and plans that needed adjusting. We practiced patience, accepted help and reminded each other that there’s more than one way to have a good day on a bike. 🙌

💔 While we were away, heartbreaking news from our hometown - Bend, OR - reminded us how fragile life is. Our hearts are with the families grieving and our community hurting.

We felt especially grateful for the privilege of sharing these experiences in three amazing countries. Being outside. Paying attention. Learning something new about ourselves and the women beside us.

These are the moments we carry home. A little more understanding. A little more courage. People we are glad we got to know. 💕

Ride bikes. Be happy. Keep growing. 🚲

This past weekend I had the distinct joy of documenting a @ladiesallride Mountain Bike Skills Clinic in Tahoe. Being new to mountain biking myself I knew I would pick up a few things just by watching through my viewfinder, but I wasn’t prepared for how incredible it was witnessing 40 women learning and progressing in leaps and bounds in just two days.
A shoutout to the coaches who were all so smart, capable, and kind.
Who’s signing up for a camp with me next summer?? 🙋🏻‍♀️

That’s a wrap @mtbikeoregon !!

🌧️🌈🦄There’s nothing quite like bonding over three days of rain, mud, and mountain bikes. 🌧️🚵‍♀️

When everyone shows up with a great attitude, the weather becomes part of the adventure… and the stories get even better. 💛

We can’t wait until next year! 🙋‍♀️

Bike parks aren’t just for advanced riders.

They’re one of the best places to build confidence, learn new skills, make friends, and discover what’s possible on a bike.

I’ve watched women show up nervous for their first lap and leave riding features they never thought they’d attempt.

Whether you’re here to cruise green trails, session the skills park, or tackle technical terrain, there’s something powerful about spending a day surrounded by riders who make you want to try one more thing!!

@mtbachelor bike park opens this Thursday, June 25th…see you out there!☺️🤘🏻🧡

🚵‍♀️✨ #wisdomwednesdays ✨🚵‍♀️

The “teachable” part of this reel is 👉 Don’t tell us you’re “too old” to mountain bike. 😉

Coach @erikaummerika is 55 years young and still sending jumps with a huge smile on her face! 💥🙌

💥 One of the greatest joys of what we do is watching women at every stage of life discover how impactful this sport can be. ❤️

🙋‍♀️ Now, does mountain biking have to look like this? Absolutely not. Our camps are designed for riders of all levels. Whether you’re learning the fundamentals, building confidence on the trails, or ready to explore more advanced skills like jumping, we’re here to help you become a rider for life. 🌲🚲✨

Erika is proof that age is just a number. Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep having fun. 🔥

Drop a 💜 below and help us celebrate this total rockstar!

💅 STAY CLASSY #ladiesallride 😂
#WisdomWednesday

A few years back, my good friend @itscierrasmith - who has known me since she was about 12 - made a video of things that tend to come out of my mouth… and other areas 😳… while I’m coaching.

🙅‍♀️ No one has ever accused me of being classy.
🤷‍♀️ And honestly? I’m okay with that.

Sometimes I wonder if people don’t actually know what coaching looks like.

So let’s talk about it.

🤔 Why take a lesson?
And more specifically - why take a lesson with Ladies AllRide?

Sure, collectively my team and I are some of the most experienced coaches in the industry, but just as important as experience is how we teach.

We believe learning should be:
✔️ Fun
✔️ Relatable
✔️ Understandable
✔️ Memorable
Yes, we take skill development and safety very seriously.
But we also know that laughter and real talk help lessons stick.

🥰 We love our team beyond words. Together, we get to help women understand the challenging sport of mountain biking on a deeper level - with the ultimate goal of staying safe, building confidence, and riding for life.

👍 Comment below if you’ve heard a “classic LadiesAllRide-ism” at camp 🤦‍♀️😳

#TeachableTuesday: Square-Edged Ledges 🚵‍♀️💥

Square edges are intimidating because many times you can’t just ram your front wheel into them. You’ve gotta help the bike rise smoothly and stay light. Here’s the move 👇

👣 Preload with a stomp of the feet if you can to compress the suspension and give the bike some spring.
🫁 Unweight the front: chest leans back slightly and arms extend so the bike has room to come up without a harsh hit.
🌀 Absorb the impact: let the bike rise into your arms when the front wheel meets the ledge - don’t push against it.
🧍‍♀️ Stand tall from the legs as the front clears to lighten the rear (avoid dropping your hips!).
🦵 Bend your knees as the back wheel meets the ledge so you stay smooth instead of stalling out.
🔄 Return to center + pedal forward with commitment once the bike levels out.
👀 Eyes ahead - your body follows your gaze!

Smooth lift, soft arms, active legs… and the ledge becomes way less scary. You got this! 💪✨
