An affordable, plastic, purse-ready film camera that I really love is the Kodak Ektar H35 Half Frame.

The developed images usually appear in twos, but for this last roll, the lab sent them to me individually. I could have re-paired them, but instead decided to keep my hands busy with some digital collage (my latest area of hyperfocus).

So here are a few photos of my nearest and dearest throughout the month of December. Starting with my personal favorite portrait on the roll, 🎅🏼 Arunas at @LoganArcade. Then roughly collaged back into the order they were taken. Most times, the best camera for the job is the one you have on hand 😘

If you’ve made it this far, I owe you a beer! I’d also like to mention that this is #NotAnAd. I just really love this lil’ camera and also think it makes a great gift.

✨Calling all good boys and girls!✨
Have you always known that your pet deserved a glamorous cover shoot? Are you in need of a Hinge pic that says “Yes, this really is my dog and we’re, like, very fucking cute”? Well lucky for you, the studio is dog-friendly and I am easily swindled by snuggles!

This very handsome #greatdane is Thor. @eriklowe22 fostered him during quarantine and he now lives on a horse farm in Michigan. 10/10 #GoodBoy🐶 #profotousa

1st music I (self) released. Recorded Fall 1996, out Feb 1997. I went to a Woolworth’s photo booth on my lunch break for weeks and took portraits. Drew on them and attached one to each cassette using Velcro. Entire tape was recording using the “sound on sound” technique on thrifty reel to reel as I could not afford a porta studio 4 track. You can hear a bit of it if you turn on sound.
I’m looking forward to releasing music again with @imprec2001 !!!

The garage green roof has never looked better under the green thumb of @melissaaenglish . A team with a lot ❤️ helped me install it 11 years ago. Here are some pictures of the process.
