I initially started this post apologising for being so dramatic, but in the spirit of new beginnings, I think I’m done apologising for who I am.
With that being said, I am so proud to share my publication, Bird’s Eye View 🦤
Writing has forever been my passion, and the privilege of putting pen to paper has gotten me through all of life’s ups, downs, and everything in between.

Bird’s Eye View has been long in the making, and it has been a passion project that has brought me so much joy. It will be a space for thoughts, my commentary, and discussions. Some insights, some politics, some culture.
My hope is that you leave either smiling, thinking, or both.

At a time when journalism and writing is being replaced by AI slop and when it’s easier to get your opinion from a YouTube video than from using your own critical thinking skills, this is my rebellion.
Link in bio - a little introduction is already there for you.

It’s free to subscribe to and it’ll be fun, I promise!

Love always,
Bird
xx

My favorite anniversary to celebrate. Seven years later, I’m still so in love with you, New York.

Swipe through for seven years of sights, scenes and significant moments that have most definitely altered my brain chemistry. And cheers to the next seven(ty).

Extra! extra! Read all about it! 🗞️💋

Print media is being revived with 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳! Now available @arthursminisuper. Go have a glass of wine, sit at your fave coffee shop and read about all the Sea Point happenings (can all be done while wearing Untangled 😉)

Sometimes training for a marathon looks like running 30km with your friends and having the best time.

Sometimes it looks like swapping your tempo run for the bike (repeatedly).

Sometimes it looks like getting out the door when you really don’t feel like it… and finding a rainbow anyway.

Sometimes it looks like slowing down.

And sometimes it looks like going on the wine tram with your friends.

😜🤷‍♀️🍷
