I hosted my first ever girlsgothroughit event. girlsgothroughit is a community space for women with chronic illnesses so they are able to connect and form new friendships through our community events launching in 2027. after just 3 months of launching, I hosted my my first influencer event to help bring attention to the community whilst also getting honest feedback on what we can do to improve so we have the smoother launch next year. The day consisted of smiles, reformer Pilates, treats, and amazing goodies bags! Just want to take a moment to say thank you to all the brands and business that made today possible @justmylook @bbare.co @moonshineprints @theacaigrove @henrietta.bakes @studio.sundayco @reformer_thefitcollective @thcleangirlguide @freesoul

after two years it’s time for me to say goodbye to pro-choice society 💜

what started as a small idea between me and ev just the two of us hoping to make even the slightest difference became something that has truly meant everything to me i never imagined how much this society would grow or how many incredible people it would bring into my life

this hasn’t just been a role or a responsibility it’s been something i’ve poured my heart into every conversation every event every moment of support and solidarity has shaped this into a space i’m endlessly proud of watching it become a community where people feel heard empowered and understood is something i’ll carry with me for a long time

it’s time to pass this on to someone new to give them the same opportunity me and ev had to build to grow and to make it their own

thank you to everyone who has supported us stood with us and believed in what we were trying to create you are the reason this society is what it is

i’m so grateful for everything this has given me and i’ll always be rooting for everything it continues to become 💜

Hey Everyone 💖As we head into the rest of the semester, we wanted to share a quick committee update.

Erin is stepping into the President role, and we know she’s going to do such a great job leading the society moving forward.

Jay has rejoined committee and is now Vice President, bringing experience and consistency to the team.

Lily and Bella have joined as Communications Officers and will be sharing the role, as well as running our social media to keep everything fun and up to date.

We’re focused on keeping the society running smoothly and making sure it continues to be a positive, supportive and enjoyable space for everyone. We’ve got lots planned for the rest of the semester and can’t wait for what’s ahead 🤍

Nominations for next year’s committee are still open, so if you’re thinking about getting involved, we’d love to see some new faces step forward ✨
