Reminiscing on photographing my friends Erin and Dylan’s engagement last year at the Met when all I had was a point and shoot digital camera to my name and a dream! Getting to be a part of this special moment was what inspired me to take photography more seriously and with fall about to be in full swing, I’m looking forward to more fall photoshoots with some crispy leaves and lovely coats 🥰

while i love my digital cameras so much, film will always be my first love when it comes to photography. long before this became my job, i’ve been carrying a film camera in my pocket for many many years to capture my friends and family in all of our magical and simple moments. these are just a few of my favorites from my real life and not shoots. in my camera roll i currently have over 2,000 film photos 🫣

when i get inquiries i always wish my clients would add on my film because i think it’s such a nostalgic and authentic way to capture the moment, but i do understand all toooo well that film is expensive!!

if you are looking for a photographer for your event, engagement shoot, wedding, or whatever you want, i hope you’ll consider finding a photographer who not only understands how to leverage film but truly loves and appreciates it!!
