Messy buns, spooky bookstores & a book that had the group CHAT-TING. 😂📚 Pen Pal gave mystery, grief, obsession, spice and a twisty little “what is actually going on here?!” moment. My final verdict: ⭐️ 2.5/5. Respectfully, y’all can leave this one on the shelf 🤷🏾‍♀️ #BooksAndBitches #BookClubSunday #Booksta #TheArtofLivingWell #BlackGirlsRead

Golf has a way of humbling you and rewarding you in the same breath, and last night, it did both. This was an awesome experience! I spotted a couple of pieces that I plan to wear on the green soon! The prize for winning the ‘Closest to the Pin’ challenge was a Limited Edition Malbon Bermuda Tee! Can’t wait to wear it! Thank you to @golfhaus.studio, @foreladiesonlyhtx, and @malbon for a great night! @erin_simone17 , girl thank you for thinking of me and being intentional with our girls night out! You are always planning a good time. I had so much fun with you! Can’t wait for our next night out together! #golf #ladieswhogolf #malbon #golfhaus #houston

Tried aerial yoga for the first time through @classpass … and I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into. 😂 One thing about this “Locked In for My Birthday” era I’m saying yes to trying new ways to move my body instead of convincing myself the only workout that counts is lifting weights. Some classes humble me, some surprise me, and some end with me wrapped up in a little fabric cocoon questioning every life decision. 😂 Safe to say I’ll definitely be trying more random fitness classes because this has been way more fun than I expected. What class should I try next? #Kosasaidlockin #classpass #aerialyogalove #FitnessSideQuest #houstonfitness

POV: I forgot to post May… so here’s the chapter that held both. The last two months weren’t about rushing to the next milestone. They were about becoming more intentional. Moving my body because it honors me. Getting dressed because I love how it makes me feel. Saying yes to slow mornings, good food, deep conversations, and people who feel like home. Building routines that make ordinary days feel beautiful. Trusting God even when I couldn’t see what He was doing. Here’s to May and June the months that reminded me that a beautiful life is created one intentional day at a time. ✨ The art of living well continues. #LifeLately #TheArtofLivingWell #IAMHER

Looking for a new Bar/Restaurant to add to your New York City folder (I know you probably have one) look no further. @donotdisturb.ny is the perfect choice! You can grab a sexy craft cocktail from the bar or make a resy for dinner either way you won’t be disappointed! It’s sexy enough for a girls night out or a little “pregame” with Bae. #nycbars #nycrestaurant #thingstodoinnyc

BOOK CLUB…. This month I suffered through the love triangle of Harper, Jordan & Robyn and I declared that Harper’s ass be left at the altar! 🫠 Robyn and her stubbornness wore me out, Jordan and her low key insecurities and demands annoyed me and then there’s Harper still struggling after all these years realizing everything isn’t about him.. Our host @erin_simone17 created the venue, selected the menu, invited Books & Bitches as her guest and created an atmosphere to break down the complexities of this love triangle with thought provoking questions & empowered activities… Who would you choose? #bookclub #girlswhoread #bookdiscussion #blackauthors
