Friends: so many of you shared that you have felt called, pressed, pulled to do something in your life & been SO SURE of that next step…only to be immediately smacked in the face with REJECTION.

Rejection is a teacher: it’s presence is NOT meant to be the test of whether or not you should KEEP GOING in what you are undertaking. It’s meant to show you that GOOD THINGS are often HARD THINGS. And I believe this: you can do that hard thing.

Don’t let rejection keep you from what you need to do: NORMALIZE it. NEVER PERSONALIZE IT!

It probably won’t surprise you to hear that I never thought I’d be a business owner. In fact when I started this business it was literally something fun to do… I won some prizes and earned some cash bonuses that I stashed away in my own personal “fun money” stash. Things took a turn when I joined a weekly book club and started meeting the Plexus community. I met people that were different from me but yet we all shared a common interest…. HELPING OTHERS!!

I ordered the products 4 years ago hoping to get healthy and lose some weight. I did that… but I stayed because of the people. The extra income is pretty awesome too!

Have you been looking for a community that is passionate about helping others? If so, let’s chat about how this community could be exactly what you’re looking for!

My F.A.N. Favorite 6-week challenge will go into effect January 9th!! Over the 6-weeks we will harp on Fitness, Accountability, and Nutrition.
-
1. Fitness- You will have access to unlimited workouts Monday-Saturday at various but convenient times to all schedules and lifestyles
-
2. Accountability- You can’t get results from the work you didn’t do. As the leading coach throughout your 6 weeks I’ll have weekly check-ins in place to go over the food log to make sure we’re all sticking to the plan specifically designed by you.
-
3. Nutrition- All participants will receive a PDF on how to create your own meal prep guide filled with how to design your meals for the weeks, portion control, macros, and grocery list.
-
*All participants must and if possible get an inbody body composition reading so at the end of the 6-weeks there will be 3 winners.. Most BF % lost, most muscle gained, and weight loss! The prizes range from a jar of dirt to a trip to Europe 😂

*This is for CURRENT & NEW members

Feel free to DM me for any other questions and concerns! #NewYearChallenge #SFOTraining #HealthisWealth

Describe your best future self.
.
What does she want? What does she dream about? Is there a ministry she wants to support? A vacation she wants for her family? A retirement account she wants to fund?
.
Have you ever taken time to really dream big?

I used to dream about being able to work alongside people who I loved, people who dreamed the same dreams & longed to invest in others. Entrepreneurship at it’s best. Did you know that when PEOPLE are your investment, you are invested in eternity?

Gold School was wonderful. Who wants to go on a road trip with me to get their cup filled?
