Our first ever REBEL IRL event in Charlotte, NC was a major success 🛍️👏🏼

Our founder @emilysjwilliams always had a vision that shopping shouldn’t be about paying more, but about finding something amazing and realizing the price is even better than you expected. That “wait… how is this real?” feeling.

A special thank you to @supper.land for making this possible AND to all of our amazing creators who filled the room with such incredible energy and left with some pretty cool gifts 👀💝

Real brands. Unreal savings. That’s REBEL. 🥹🫶🏼

found your next fall nail color 😌✨💅♥️🍁🧸 at Sassy Nail Bar on Morehead in Charlotte, North Carolina — the best CLT nail salon and nail techs located in Dilworth (just minutes from south end + uptown)!

@haley_manalac21 inspired me with this raspberry-toned gel polish (PLA 48) with my polygel manicure + Sassy Pedicure 💖

@erinflory and I have been going to Sassy for over 2 years, and seriously have never had better mani + pedis til we found our nail salon.

A little love letter to Charlotte 💗

Pink roses, delicate ribbons, and pearl details — all brought together in a heart-shaped bouquet made to make someone feel special.

We loved creating this design and seeing it through her eyes. @erinflory Thank you for sharing these beautiful moments with us! ✨

Want a heart of your own? DM us to order a custom bouquet, or explore our designs through the link in our bio.

Every movement on the Megaformer is intentional.

Today we're breaking down the **Donkey Kick**—a movement that looks simple but delivers a serious challenge when performed with control.

That's where our instructors come in. They're here to coach you through every rep, offering cues, corrections, and encouragement so you can focus on proper form, maintain control, and get the most out of every class.

At SWC, we believe understanding *why* you're doing a movement is just as important as doing it. The more intentional your movement, the stronger, safer, and more confident you'll become.

Watch as Erin and Sandhya talk through the Donkey Kick, and the next time you see it in class, you'll know exactly what to focus on.
