2026 Women’s Gathering is complete. And the integration is now beginning. What another incredible journey together. Where we go through it ALL as one. Ease, rest, frustration, impatience, nature, trees, prayers, intentions, goddesses, Divine , healing, breaking down, aversions, exhaustion, excitement, shy moments, tears, laughter, my way, your way, no way, open hearts, likes, dislikes, cooperation, wisdom, communication, asking, offering, silence, loud, support….and so much more. We do it together in deep acceptance of one another. That’s the amazing part. To gather in community is a gift. May we all do it more often with a little less ego and a whole lot more acceptance and love. We learn so much about ourselves and others. I am so grateful! And yes, we shall do it again. #soundhealing #rest #retreat #community #nature

Each year I plan for retreats and gatherings I make candles for them. I’ve been in the process for the past few weeks. For the ones who need rest & space. Get ready! The Women’s Rest Gathering will be held close to home in VA and it is filling for 2026! My partner Erin & I are quietly gathering our own energy for this unique event. This is where the Wild Woman nature, pure and authentic, is nourished and cared for. Go to bio to find out more. A wild woman isn’t crazy or out of control…she is sovereign unto herself, she lives in the rhythm of life/nature. She is wild because she knows what she is about and remembers who she is. She cares for all children and those in her community, she rests, creates, plays, learns, stays open and goes her own true way. She listens to her own needs and hears the call of life’s genuine flow. Do you know her within you? #restretreat #divinerest #yoganidra #soundhealing #wildwomen

Services for Bob will be at Grace and St. Peter’s this Saturday at 12 noon in Baltimore. I’ll be coming up for the day from Richmond for this. Bob Speer was a major presence in my life and I will never forget him for a day. Holding both sadness and joy for his peaceful passing, I was blessed to know him for around 15 years (he would know the exact date) when he walked into @baltimoreyogavillage, immediately asking me to offer him private lessons. We did this for years together from yoga to hindusthani music and Bobby became probably the most regular person in any and every class I held, supporting me & any cause I hosted from weekends of communication workshops, two 200 hour ytts, a 300 hour at age 79, to supporting the sacred arts tours of the monks of Drepung Gomang Monastery, to which he donated generously. A pillar and anchor, Bob was ALWAYS there, not only in classes, but anytime I needed anything ever —. He kept me regular. Had me teach when I didn’t even feel it. Never let me strays because he himself would never stray. Bob was a veteran serving 20 years. His obituary reads “He then joined the Army, feeling that the soldiers serving in Vietnam were in need of spiritual guidance and support. After earning his jump wings, he immediately deployed to Vietnam and served all faiths as “the Flying Chaplain” in the 101st Airborne Division. His 20 years in the Army also included tours in Berlin and Korea. After retiring from the military, he served at several Baltimore Episcopal churches while teaching philosophy and religion as an adjunct professor at Towson University, Loyola University and local community colleges until 2020. He was a Priest Associate at Grace and St. Peter’s Church in Baltimore for 25 years and recently celebrated 60 years of ministry” i will link the rest in the comments. As a priest he was beyond open minded and we met in the very fundamentals, at the heart. What mattered most was kindness and connection, whether he could express it or not. I am deeply grateful to Bob for always holding me to a standard beyond what I could ever achieve. If you feel called please join me in celebrating his life this Saturday, I hope to see you.
