Prada Mode landed in New York with a takeover of the Hotel Chelsea, Katz’s Delicatessen, and @prada's Broadway store. The installation explored the connection between @nwrefn and @hideo_kojima, spanning multiple languages, cultures, and spaces across a city-wide takeover. Our identity for the event evoked nostalgic science fiction codes, extended across everything from taxi cabs, a custom wrap of the New York Times, projections on landmarks like the Guggenheim, to custom Prada vending machines that dispensed bespoke gifts.

This week we opened the second exhibition in our New York showroom as part of @millerknoll’s global exhibitions program (coming soon: Michigan, London, Chicago, Mexico City!). I have long wanted to do this show, on the enduring influence and overlapping career arc of designers Ward Bennett and @dursodesign.

This was a JOY to execute, owing to the crazy talent of curator @eyrejordan, exhibition designer @jonahtakagi, graphic designer @various_projects, archivists @acid_free @alexahagen and Sarah Wood, and production maestro Ryan Reggiani. Not to mention interior architecture by @c_w_l @gabriel.d.burkett + team, photography by @cb, event photography by @aysiamarotta, and BTS documentation + graphic support from @eringeorgiason. Eternal gratitude to co-conspirators @graceehlers, @benbwatson, @geigerfurniture, and @phaidonpress. 🤍🖤
