More Bridgerton! We got to shoot some of the book at the amazing Filoli Gardens🌿. After tons of planning, the location tried to cancel in the 11th hour. They wouldn't tell me why, so come hell or high water, I would not back down and insisted that we keep our shoot date. It turned out President Biden and Xi Jinping decided to come at the same time for a critical diplomatic summit. In the end, we carried on with our shoot, and didn't find out until later that President Biden's trip was the reason for the chaos, and the men in suits we'd seen lurking around in the trees were Secret Service. Happy Pub Day, the Official Bridgerton Cookbook is here! This was an absolute dream project, many thanks to @jennykatedavis @shondaland @netflix @penguinrandomhouse for the opportunity to make such a uniquely fun, over the top, beautiful book. @jjoules worked incredibly hard to source one of kind pieces that embodied each of the families from the series (I'm partial to the Viscounts!) and @nicoletwohy and her team truly crushed it in the kitchen. For superfans, there are recipes that are wild and grandiose, balanced out by stylish cocktails and feasts that are less ambitious, well done @missfoodwise and Susan Vu! So proud to have this gorgeous book finally in our hands- speaking of which, @jjoules has the prettiest hands in the business! We could not have done it without @vadephotography @huxleyofficial @carrie__beyer and @boom_jessie, this shoot was a beast! And @smalarkey please come visit us on set anytime!

So proud of this project. Lots of research, and digging around for beautiful vintage dishware had me putting on my old hat from my past life of slinging vintage. I’m a big fan of the show (and not to mention @shondarhimes) so it was ultra special to work on this one, and with a fabulous team of people! We worked super hard on this, and we hope you love every gorgeously layered, luscious, and gold drenched page!
