What a day! 💛🧘‍♀️

1200 yogis gathered at the SECC for Yellow Yogis, stretching for a big cause and raising money for the incredible Beatson Cancer Charity.

The energy in that room was something else. So much yoga, laughter, community and heart, all coming together to support such an important cause.

And as if 1200 yogis weren’t enough, we had a private gig from the brilliant Cammy Barnes 🎶 and the beautiful Jenny Powell keeping us entertained and bringing the whole day together.

We stretched. We laughed. We raised money. 💛

What an amazing reminder of what can happen when a community comes together.

Such a fantastic afternoon at our seasonal yoga teachers gathering! It was the first one in about four years, and it felt amazing to reunite and seeing everyone come together after such a long time was truly special. Looking forward to the next one.

Exploring new environments, trying out thrilling activities, and stepping out of one's comfort zone can foster a sense of accomplishment, boost self-confidence, and reduce feelings of anxiety. Adventure experiences often lead to a release of endorphins, which are natural mood enhancers, promoting feelings of happiness and reducing stress. 🔥💯🔥

Being sick sucks 🤒😫!

Let’s face it, no one likes being unwell, feeling blue or having a shitty time.

What’s given me a massive boost over the last 2 1/2 months is the kindness of the people in my life.

Cards, flowers, gifts, remedies, snacks, visits, text messages, DMs and phone calls 💐🎁💝!

Each one has made a huge difference in helping my healing journey so far❤️‍🩹🚗.

Being unwell is lonely, and sometimes you don’t see the other side of it.

But each and every person that sent me something in person or in a message. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. It’s put a smile on my face when I didn’t know how to.

To name a few:

@hillyparsons @arualwil
@scapafest @scapaapoteka
@gailkilda
@its_upsanddowns
@offensive_occasions
@mainstay
@melania_rose
@alan.kinnear @hello_emily
@erinkyle01

And to those I’ve not tagged, I just can’t remember your usernames, or you’re not on IG.

If there’s anyone in your life that’s unwell, feeling blue, or going through a bit of a tough time - send them a message, send them a card or a gift to say that you’re thinking of them.

It’ll mean more than you’ll ever know!

I’ve still got a lot of healing to do, but know that every message helps me to heal more ♥️💟🫀💌!
